Get in Touch With Us
We run this site as an independent review platform, and we genuinely want to hear from people who use it. Whether something felt off about a review, you spotted an error, or you just have a question about how we operate — reaching out is always the right call. We read every message that comes in, even if the reply takes a little time.
The best way to contact us is by email. We don't have a support hotline or a live chat widget, and honestly, we think email works better for the kind of conversations we tend to have here. It gives us time to actually look into whatever you're raising before we respond, rather than giving you a half-baked answer on the spot.
What You Can Reach Us About
Most people get in touch for one of a few reasons. Factual corrections are probably the most common — if something in a review looks outdated or just plain wrong, we want to know. We try to keep everything accurate, but things change, and we can't always catch every update the moment it happens. A heads-up from a reader is genuinely useful.
We also hear from people who want to flag something broader, like a concern about how we cover a particular topic, or feedback on the site's general direction. That kind of message is welcome too. It doesn't have to be a complaint — sometimes it's just a thought, and that's fine. We pay attention to those as well.
What we can't help with is anything related to a casino's own operations — account issues, withdrawal problems, bonus disputes, that sort of thing. We're reviewers, not the operators themselves. For anything like that, you'd need to contact the casino directly or reach out to a relevant regulatory body.
Response Times and What to Expect
We aim to reply within a few business days. That said, some messages take longer depending on what's being asked. If you're flagging a factual error, we might need to look into it properly before getting back to you, so please don't interpret a slower reply as us ignoring it. We're not ignoring it.
If you haven't heard back after about a week, it's reasonable to follow up. Occasionally something slips through, and a second message is a perfectly normal thing to send. Just include a brief note that it's a follow-up so we can find the original thread quickly.
Advertising and Commercial Enquiries
We do receive enquiries from time to time about advertising arrangements and similar commercial topics. We're open to discussing those, but we want to be upfront: any commercial relationship we enter into does not influence our editorial coverage. Reviews are written independently, full stop. That separation matters a lot to us, and it's not something we negotiate on.
If you're reaching out about a potential partnership or advertising opportunity, please include some basic context about what you're proposing. Vague enquiries are harder to respond to usefully, and a little detail upfront saves time on both sides. We'll do our best to reply, though we can't guarantee we'll move forward with every proposal we receive.
Feedback, Complaints and Privacy
If you have a complaint about something on this site — the way a review is framed, a concern about accuracy, anything that felt unfair or misleading — please do send it through. We take that kind of feedback seriously. We're not going to agree with every criticism, but we will read it carefully and consider it properly before responding.
On the topic of privacy: when you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in the message. We use that only to respond to your enquiry. We don't add people to mailing lists without consent, and we don't pass contact details on to third parties. If you have a specific question about how we handle personal data, you're welcome to ask that directly and we'll do our best to give you a clear answer.
